Revenue Manager

About the role

As a Revenue Manager you will partner with franchise clients to deliver data‑driven pricing insights that boost profitability. Working remotely from Prague, you will apply RMS methodologies to analyse consumer purchase drivers at store, category and item levels and communicate actionable recommendations to franchisees and their management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple franchise accounts and build strong relationships with corporate and franchise stakeholders.
• Create reports, presentations and analytical dashboards for client meetings.
• Present insights and pricing recommendations to senior client leaders and franchisees.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with franchisees to ensure adoption of revenue‑management strategies.
• Collaborate with the European Consulting Services team and report to the Director of Consulting Services.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality or retail, preferably in account management, franchise relations or revenue management.
• Native or full professional proficiency in English, Czech and French.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
