About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Fashion Arena store in Prague. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual and store sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating deep product knowledge and brand history.
• Meet individual KPI goals by ensuring high‑quality sales and service.
• Capture and manage customer data using the company’s CRM tools.
• Advise clients on current fashion trends and accessories.
• Support daily store operations and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain security standards within the store.

Required profile
