Sales Coordination & Support Manager

About the role

The Sales Coordination & Support Manager is the central hub for retail sales operations across Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, you will ensure that customer agreements are executed accurately, relationships are nurtured, and the sales organisation runs smoothly in both markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for retail customers on administrative and commercial matters, providing backup for the KAM/Sales Manager.
• Own end‑to‑end pricing and discount administration, process requests, validate credit notes, and manage the full lifecycle of retail agreements and accrual set‑up (Vistex).
• Manage incoming and outgoing invoices and purchase orders, confirm condition‑related invoices and ensure legal archiving.
• Resolve blocked or missed orders, handle overdue invoices for key accounts, and lead complaints and quality claims from start to finish.
• Support sales forecasting by consolidating inputs, aligning with demand planning and flagging product‑availability risks.
• Prepare regular retail sales, volume and net‑invoice reports using Excel and Power BI, analyse drivers and gaps, and improve reporting tools.
• Maintain SKU and product master data, manage data in Nielsen Brandbank/atrify and coordinate the retail promo calendar with Marketing.
• Provide backup support to the Sales Manager and Foodservice Sales Coordinator as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales administration, sales support or a similar retail‑focused role.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, supply chain, customer service and marketing teams.
• Fluency in English; Slovak or Czech language skills are a plus.
