Sales Developer – IT Staff Augmentation

About the role

Devoteam, a technology consulting firm specialising in AI-led transformation for businesses and public institutions across EMEA, is looking for a Sales Developer to join its Innovative Tech team in Prague. The main responsibility is to grow a team of IT professionals assigned to contracting projects, and to act as the company's point of contact for customers offering IT consulting services (staff augmentation) and solutions. You will support existing accounts first, then gradually take over your own portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the customer base in the Czech market and proactively seek new business opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and regular follow-up meetings to ensure excellent customer service.
• Create account plans to share information internally and mobilise resources to grow the business.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Visit clients and potential customers personally to assess their needs and promote products and services.
• Take part in local or global tenders, proposals and cost calculations.

Required profile

• University education; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Sales or account management experience, or a natural sales instinct.
• Interest in staff augmentation and IT services.
• Advanced English; Czech/Slovak is a must.
• Nice to have: experience providing IT professional services to customers, and previous experience in a recruitment agency.
