Sales Development Representative – German Speaking

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead discovery in your assigned territory. You will support prospects with product information and quotations while collaborating closely with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate telephone and email contact to identify new commercial opportunities in your assigned territory.
• Utilize internal and third‑party tools to generate leads and discover white‑space opportunities.
• Provide support to qualified prospects, including follow‑up, product details and quotations.
• Meet monthly KPIs for commercial opportunities, tracked via Salesforce activity reports.
• Participate in call‑out days, events and customer meetings with sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proficiency in both German and English for clear communication.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
• MS Office automation tools.
• Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
