Sales Manager – Financial Services (Prague)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Sales Manager to lead end‑to‑end sales activities for Banking and Insurance clients within the Financial Services industry in Prague. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, understanding regulatory environments, and building long‑term relationships with C‑level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior client executives to present Accenture’s integrated value proposition.
• Drive demand‑generation activities, educate clients on new offerings and differentiate Accenture’s services.
• Lead sales origination, create account plans, identify opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with client account leaders and internal SMEs to shape pursuit strategies and execute deals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in internal sales systems for leadership visibility.
• Structure commercial deals, build financial models and business cases to support win strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling professional, consulting or technology services in a senior solutioning, sales management or bid management capacity.
• Proven B2B enterprise sales record with C‑level engagement, especially in Financial Services, Banking or Insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve multi‑million‑dollar sales targets and exceed quotas.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Czech and English; German is a plus.
