Sales Manager Surgery – Bohemia Region

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Manager for the Surgery business in the Bohemia region of the Czech Republic. The role leads a team of sales representatives and consultants, driving growth of surgical technologies and solutions across key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales results for the assigned region, delivering growth in turnover, market share and profitability.
• Translate annual and quarterly business plans into actionable sales execution plans and monitor performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals and other healthcare professionals to increase product presence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education and cross‑functional partners to align commercial priorities.
• Manage budgets, promotions and incentives responsibly and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, commercial leadership or medical‑device environment.
• Previous people‑leadership or field‑coaching experience preferred.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to anticipate and address market needs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic, innovative mindset and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
