Sales Representative – Oncology (Field‑Based)

About the role

Novartis is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to drive customer engagement and commercial success across multiple territories in the Czech Republic. This field‑based position will involve building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, delivering impactful experiences, and contributing to the growth of Novartis' innovative oncology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Drive sales growth through personalized engagement and territory planning.
• Develop and execute customer engagement plans aligned with business priorities.
• Deliver omnichannel interactions using approved content and multiple communication channels.
• Generate and share customer insights to support content development and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Key Account Manager or similar in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven commercial track record with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in Czech (written and spoken) with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Annual base salary between 654,850 CZK and 1,216,150 CZK.
