Sales Representative (RLT)

About the role

As a Sales Representative (RLT) you will be the face of Novartis in your assigned territory, building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and driving sales growth for the Oncology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals to deliver value and improve patient outcomes.
• Develop and execute customer engagement plans aligned with preferences and business priorities.
• Deliver omnichannel interactions using approved content across multiple communication channels.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access and other cross‑functional teams to address customer and patient needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and building relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Fluent in Czech (written and spoken); English language skills are desirable.

Required skills

• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyse customer insights and data to create territory and account plans.
• Demonstrated ethical conduct, integrity and compliance in all interactions.
