Sales Representative Specialist

About the role

Mars is hiring a Sales Representative Specialist in Prague. You will be assigned a territory and sell product to assigned customers and merchandise retail outlets, building relationships with vendors and distributing product and merchandise. Most customers involve high-impact, complex selling. You will also coordinate the sales department, give sales associates new strategies to increase sales, serve customers and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Sell presentation programs, booking sheets and new products, suggest orders and place actual orders.
• Ensure promotional and seasonal compliance is met in the assigned retail outlets.
• Maintain distribution of assigned products.
• Keep shelves stocked, follow shelving strategies and optimise freshness and quality on the shelf.
• Keep an adequate stock of merchandising supplies and POS materials.
• Maintain accurate data using hand-held technology as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
• 2+ years of sales experience; preference for CPG products.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and sit, stand, walk and kneel for long periods.
