Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

The Customer Experience Platform Team is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to shape and support Salesforce solutions across the Technology Solutions Product Line. You will work closely with technical teams, business partners, and end users to design, build, and communicate solutions that improve colleague and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce solution design, ensuring scalability and alignment with platform standards.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, vendors and delivery teams to capture needs and define success criteria.
• Conduct discovery workshops, translate business needs into user stories, fit‑gap analyses and well‑architected designs.
• Create solution documentation including architecture diagrams, integration approaches and data flows.
• Provide effort estimates, risk assessments and present solutions to governance forums.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps and advise on Salesforce opportunities and delivery priorities.
• Coach multidisciplinary Salesforce teams and provide hands‑on support during delivery phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑lifecycle Salesforce experience, including analysis, design and delivery.
• At least 2 years leading Salesforce solution architecture and design.
• Experience on the customer side of Salesforce implementations with governance exposure.
• Proven ability to design large‑scale solutions covering business, process and integration architecture.
• Advanced hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce configuration and custom development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).
