SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

PwC is seeking a specialist with experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join its Technology Consulting team. You will work alongside senior consultants and solution architects on projects for Czech and international clients, designing processes, configuring modules and supporting successful go‑lives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and optimise HR processes.
• Configure, implement and test SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent and Learning Management.
• Support data migration activities and ensure smooth system go‑lives.
• Provide post‑implementation support and knowledge transfer to clients.
• Travel internationally on an ad‑hoc basis as required.

Required profile

• Strong interest in HR‑IT trends and cloud‑based HR solutions.
• Knowledge of HR processes and familiarity with systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or SmartRecruiters.
• Practical admin or key‑user experience with SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and ability to communicate technical topics in business‑friendly language.
• Fluent in Czech and English; German is an advantage.
• University degree and willingness to travel.
