Seasonal F&B Server

About the role

Join the CottoCrudo Restaurant team at Four Seasons Hotel Prague as a Seasonal Food & Beverage Server. You will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, personalized service and sharing your knowledge of the menu, wines, and cocktails.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service in a warm, professional manner.
• Share detailed knowledge of menu items, wines, and signature cocktails with guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer recommendations, and respond promptly to requests.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately using the Micros POS system.
• Handle cash and credit‑card transactions according to hotel procedures.
• Assist with restaurant setup, table preparation, and maintain a polished dining environment.
• Support reservations and guest seating when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and operational areas.
• Monitor restaurant facilities and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Passion for food, service, and creating meaningful guest connections.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Micros POS system.
