Security Operations Analyst – 24x7 SOC (Prague)

About the role

Join Accenture's Cyber Fusion Center in Prague as a Security Operations Analyst. You will work in a 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring client environments, triaging alerts, and supporting incident response for global TOP 500 customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SIEM and other detection platforms for security alerts.
• Perform initial triage and basic investigations of alerts.
• Escalate potential incidents to client teams for remediation.
• Document findings and maintain incident records.
• Participate in shift work to ensure continuous coverage.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience with SIEM tools (e.g., QRadar, Splunk, ArcSight).
• Solid understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, firewalls, and routers.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and improve cybersecurity skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
