Senior Application Manager – Loan Data Tape

About the role

Join the ART Credit Risk team to manage and enhance the Loan Data Tape application suite, supporting key credit‑risk and regulatory reporting processes. You will work in a SAFe environment, collaborating with both business and ICT colleagues to ensure reliable end‑to‑end delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operation and performance of all Loan Data Tape applications and related processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, driving system changes and overseeing testing activities.
• Collaborate frequently with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery and high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Quick learner with strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of applications.
• Team‑oriented, solution‑focused and results‑driven, delivering high‑quality work.
• Clear and effective communicator with an affinity for IT and basic knowledge of application management.
• Familiarity with credit risk concepts is a plus.
