Senior Audit Analyst (Prague)

About the role

Join PwC's expanding Audit team in Prague as a Senior Audit Analyst. You will lead small audit groups, work on complex engagements for Czech and international clients, and collaborate closely with senior managers to deliver high‑quality audit outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audit documentation from start to finish, ensuring compliance with PwC and regulatory standards.
• Perform issue identification, data analysis, and draw informed conclusions.
• Coach and delegate tasks to junior team members to optimise audit efficiency.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating meaningful conversations during audits.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance audit quality and manage multi‑disciplinary teams.

Required profile

• University degree.
• At least 3 years of auditing or accounting experience.
• ACC A – either in progress or an interest in starting.
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
