Senior Courier Operations Manager

About the role

Bolt is looking for a Senior Courier Operations Manager to lead its courier supply function in the Czech Republic. You will report to the Czech General Manager and work closely with cross‑functional teams and headquarters to scale the courier network while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end supply strategy for new cities and regions, balancing short‑term growth with long‑term market health.
• Manage the full courier lifecycle – acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and engagement.
• Act as the key account manager for fleet partners, negotiate commercial terms and develop partnership strategies.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, reporting automation and workforce planning.
• Build, coach and lead the local Courier Operations team, setting performance expectations and fostering continuous improvement.
• Own operational KPIs such as new courier acquisition, activation rates and retention metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑scale operations or logistics management, preferably in courier or delivery services.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Passion for leveraging AI and analytics tools to improve efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Leadership experience building and developing high‑performing teams.
