Senior Data Scientist – Sales Analytics

About the role

ALLPLAN is looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join the Sales Reporting & Analytics team. You will turn sales data into actionable insights, support revenue growth and help shape the next‑generation analytics infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Build, validate and deploy machine‑learning models for sales outcomes, churn prediction and revenue forecasting.
• Design and run A/B testing frameworks to evaluate sales strategies and campaigns.
• Create monitoring dashboards that track model accuracy, data drift and feature stability.
• Perform deep‑dive sales performance analysis across regions, products and teams.
• Develop interactive Power BI reports and visual analytics that embed AI‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5‑7 years of professional experience in data science or analytics, preferably in a software/SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end ML lifecycle, including model monitoring and deployment.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; German is a plus.

• Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• SQL
• Power BI (or similar BI tools)
• Microsoft Fabric for data preparation, model training and deployment
• MLOps practices (model monitoring, deployment pipelines)
• Statistical analysis, hypothesis testing and A/B testing
• Time‑series forecasting, regression and classification algorithms
