Senior Employee & Labor Relations Partner (Dutch)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a proactive Senior Employee & Labor Relations Partner to support employees and leaders in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Nordics. The role involves handling disciplinary measures, policy interpretation, performance management, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with global guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coach managers and advise on employee issues.
• Answer HR policy, performance management, and employment law inquiries via ticketing system.
• Collaborate with local HR and labor law specialists on complex cases.
• Prepare disciplinary and termination documents.
• Coordinate between on‑site experts and regional HR Shared Services.
• Lead region‑wide harmonisation and improvement projects.
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of HR/Employee Relations experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven with high integrity.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional European language a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Case Management.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
