Senior Employee & Labor Relations Partner (Dutch)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a proactive Senior Employee & Labor Relations Partner to support employees and leaders in Belgium, the Netherlands and the Nordics from our Prague office. You will act as the main point of contact for local HR specialists, ensure compliance with global guidelines, and uphold the company’s Credo and Code of Business Conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Coach managers on employee issues, disciplinary actions and performance management.
• Answer HR policy, employment law and contract inquiries via a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with local HR and labor law specialists to resolve complex cases.
• Prepare disciplinary and termination documentation.
• Coordinate between on‑site experts and the regional HR Shared Services organization.
• Lead region‑wide harmonisation and improvement projects.
• Drive process standardisation, continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of HR/Employee Relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Proven project leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business‑acumen, discretion, integrity and a growth mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional European language a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Salesforce Case Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
