Senior Insights Consultant

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for a Senior Insights Consultant in Prague to drive business growth and build strong, long-term client relationships in market research and analytics. You will manage existing partnerships, identify new opportunities and ensure high client satisfaction, working with manufacturers and retailers on Strategic Analytics & Insights solutions such as consumer research and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue new business with manufacturers and retailers, focusing on Strategic Analytics & Insights solutions
• Develop client proposals and manage contract renewals
• Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive engagement
• Manage business offers, orders and documentation in internal systems (NIQ software)
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings
• Work with internal teams to deliver services on time and to client expectations
• Expand industry knowledge through training and self-development

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, revenue management, category management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in FMCG or retail
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong client engagement skills
• Native Czech speaker; strong English (Slovakian is an advantage)

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and in a team
