Senior Integration Architect

About the role

Merkle, a dentsu company, is looking for an experienced Senior Integration Architect to lead large-scale IT architecture transformations for its clients. The role shapes holistic technology design, modernizes legacy landscapes and ensures solutions align with business goals, guiding teams and stakeholders through complex IT transformations. The position is based in Prague, full time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical integration architecture from design to delivery for clients.
• Drive implementation across technology platforms such as CMS, DAM, PIM, PLM and ERP.
• Translate complex business and technical needs into scalable, high-performing architectures.
• Mentor teams and provide architectural governance across multi-application environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategies and roadmaps that align technology with business goals.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Integration Architect with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft).
• At least one end-to-end integration implementation as an Integration Architect.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or electronics is a plus.
• Official integration platform certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in integration platform design, integration and optimization for digital experience technologies.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.) and modern IT architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices).
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
