Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer – Platform Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Senior or Lead DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise‑grade Agentic AI platforms. The role involves hands‑on technical leadership, architecture ownership, mentoring engineers and partnering with client and internal teams to run secure AI environments at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, sovereign AI platforms on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and reusable platform components.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance for multi‑agent and data‑intensive workloads.
• Architect Zero‑Trust environments, implement private networking, granular RBAC and automated policy enforcement.
• Standardize environments using Terraform or Bicep and ensure reproducible Dev, Test, and Prod environments across global deployments.
• Implement monitoring and observability (Azure Monitor, Datadog) and integrate SIEM solutions.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE), Helm and Kustomize.
• Deep experience with CI/CD automation and IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep or Pulumi.
• Practical experience with observability tools (Azure Monitor, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Excellent English and native Czech language skills.
• Security and compliance mindset (IAM, encryption, SOC2/ISO standards).
