Senior Manager, Finance

About the role

The Senior Manager, Finance provides strategic financial leadership across multiple business units, shaping long‑range financial strategy and delivering executive‑ready insights. This role partners closely with the European Commercial organization and senior leadership to drive revenue, margin expansion, and capital efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly financial statements and forecasts in line with local statutory requirements and U.S. GAAP.
• Lead enterprise‑level budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range strategic planning across multiple units.
• Drive scenario planning, risk quantification, and mitigation for base, upside, and downside cases.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to influence business outcomes using financial insight.
• Act as finance lead for major initiatives such as M&A integration, capital allocation, and organizational design.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers, building a strong leadership pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field; advanced degree or certifications strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Proven ownership of complex budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans across multi‑function, multi‑site environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead executive reviews and influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite during core business hours and travel up to 20% internationally.
