Senior Payment Consultant – German Projects

About the role

Join PwC’s Czech technology consulting team to support German‑focused transformation projects in the financial services sector. You will work on payments and digital finance initiatives for banks, insurers and investment firms, bridging business needs with technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse regulatory and technological changes to design pan‑European payment solutions for banking clients.
• Develop open‑finance and API integration concepts that enable secure third‑party access to financial data.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into digital platforms, payment systems and automation processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related interdisciplinary field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, consulting, banking, payments or fintech.
• Strong interest in technology‑enabled financial services and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Professional proficiency in German (B2‑C1) and English (C1).
