Senior People Partner – Technology & Product

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design the next version of R&D by working with engineering and product leaders to rethink org structures, team topology, and ways of working in an AI‑accelerated world.
• Translate AI hype into concrete decisions about roles, skills, productivity, and team composition.
• Rebuild People processes (performance, hiring, onboarding, merit, talent) to reduce bureaucracy and increase signal.
• Bridge strategy and reality – define long‑term direction and ensure execution without endless slide decks.
• Identify future capabilities early and secure talent before the need becomes obvious.
• Coach leaders to operate in ambiguity, make faster decisions, and build sustainable, high‑performing teams.
• Protect human elements – judgment, creativity, trust, and collaboration – as AI scales.

Required profile

• Experience working closely with R&D or engineering teams and understanding how they operate.
• Track record of leading meaningful transformation, not just polishing existing processes.
• Comfort tearing down and rebuilding core HR systems when they don’t fit.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work.
• Proactive, opinionated, and able to act without being asked.
• Thrives in messy, fast‑moving environments where clarity arrives late.
• Belief that People is a core driver of business performance, not a support function.
