Senior PPC Specialist

About the role

Join The Studio, MANN+HUMMEL's internal marketing agency, to lead global digital marketing initiatives. As a Senior PPC Specialist you will plan, execute and continuously optimise paid media, social, email and automation campaigns that drive demand and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, sales, product management and agency teams to develop and execute digital initiatives.
• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns across email, social, paid media and digital advertising platforms.
• Own end‑to‑end paid media execution on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms, handling setup, targeting, budgeting, bidding, A/B testing and performance monitoring.
• Manage paid‑media performance, including targeting, budgets, testing, analytics and continuous optimisation.
• Oversee marketing platforms, websites, digital assets, marketing automation and SEO to ensure effective digital presence.
• Create and coordinate digital content such as copy, social posts, emails, webinars, presentations and multimedia assets.
• Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS) and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Monitor results, market trends, audience engagement and brand sentiment, providing insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing‑automation principles.
• Experience with web‑analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Sprinklr.
• Strong understanding of campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, conversion tracking and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital content optimisation.
• Experience with budget management, bidding strategies and performance‑driven decision‑making.
• Strong analytical and data‑interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with CMS/DAM systems, especially Adobe Experience Manager.
