Senior Product Designer (Fintech & Crypto)

About the role

Invity is building a Bitcoin‑focused neobank for Europe and needs a senior product designer to shape the look, feel and experience of its mobile app. You will be the sole designer, collaborating closely with product, engineering, compliance, marketing and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design, from concept and flow to polished, shipped screens.
• Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct design discovery through user interviews, prototype testing and evidence‑based decision making.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency as the product evolves.
• Partner with the Product Manager to take features from idea to launch.
• Work directly with engineering to ensure implementation matches design intent, fine‑tuning details when needed.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to create experiences that are both user‑friendly and regulatorily compliant.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience with a proven record of shipping customer‑facing products.
• Experience designing consumer‑focused mobile applications (B2C) or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to build and own a design system across a growing product.
• Strong visual eye for typography, spacing and detail.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
• Fast learner who can become an expert in complex domains such as finance and crypto.
• Clear communicator, able to present concepts, explain trade‑offs and give feedback.
• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) for research, prototyping and rapid design iteration.
• Experience in fintech, crypto or other regulated industries is a plus.
