Senior Project Manager - Building Projects

About the role

Drees & Sommer, a consulting firm active in real estate, industry, energy and infrastructure, is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Prague. You will manage complex, innovative projects in building construction, logistics and other industrial sectors, from concept to completion, and act as the main contact for clients, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams and take responsibility for the content and economic aspects of the projects
• Act as central contact person for clients, contractors and internal teams, communicating precisely and firmly
• Plan, monitor, coordinate and control the entire building permit process in line with local legislation
• Acquire projects and clients and build long-term relationships
• Carry out technical due diligence
• Work independently on individual planning and subject areas, and cooperate across sites with the planning and project team

Required profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or a similar field in the Czech Republic
• At least 7 years of experience leading design, approval and execution planning and project teams
• Solid experience in project management and high technical competence
• Knowledge of building permit requirements and processes under local law
• Fluent Czech; very good English, German is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset, social competence, willingness to work independently and to travel
