Senior Sales Analyst – Commercial Analytics & Insights

About the role

Medtronic is looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to join its Commercial Analytics & Insights (CA&I) team supporting the EurAsia region. The role applies artificial intelligence and commercial insight to real business needs, helping build AI-enabled products that improve sales planning, decision-making, productivity and growth. It is based in Prague under a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the business partner of the CA&I team for commercial stakeholders across EurAsia, building trusted relationships.
• Discover and prioritise high-value business needs and turn them into scalable solutions usable across countries and divisions.
• Collaborate on designing, developing and improving AI agents, insight products and decision-support solutions.
• Build and support reliable data capabilities using SQL, integrating multiple sources with strong data quality and accuracy.
• Work in agile teams from requirements through adoption, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews, and using Jira with delivery partners.
• Simplify, standardise and automate commercial processes and tools, measuring impact such as revenue growth, adoption, time saved and better planning decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least four years of experience applying data, analytics or AI to commercial needs in a multinational environment, with end-to-end ownership of areas such as revenue and quota attainment, sales pipeline and forecasting, market insights, customer segmentation and sales performance.
• Fluency in English; a background in MedTech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, commercial planning or cross-country work is welcome.

Required skills

• Strong SQL skills, including CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake.
• Applied experience using AI for commercial use cases, with familiarity with large language models and intelligent automation.
• Advantage: orchestration tools and third-party market data management.

What we offer

• Salary range in Czechia of 880,000 to 1,320,000 CZK.
