Senior Sales and Operations Planning Manager

About the role

At Rohlik, Integrated Business Planning and S&OP are the backbone of efficient operations, resource optimisation and sustainable scaling. We are seeking a Senior Sales and Operations Planning Manager to partner with Supply Chain leadership and build an end‑to‑end forecasting function from the ground up. This hands‑on, builder role focuses on business partnering, deep‑dive analytics and turning raw data into decision‑ready insights across our European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly production of the group demand forecast (orders, SKU/order, intraday shapes) across all markets and fulfillment centres.
• Drive forecast accuracy and bias performance (target 98% accuracy at order/revenue level) and conduct root‑cause analyses.
• Build and own the demand review pack and scenario models for the S&OP cycle, quantifying upside and downside cases.
• Translate agreed demand into actionable inventory, warehouse workload, labour and delivery requirements.
• Automate manual routines (e.g., mass‑upload, demand‑chaser redesigns, AOV forecasting) together with BI and engineering teams.
• Prepare data, analysis and options for executive updates and S&OP governance rituals.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply‑chain planning or business analytics.
• Hands‑on ownership of a recurring forecast in a high‑velocity retail/e‑commerce or logistics environment.
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting methodologies, scenario modelling and accuracy metrics.
• Strong analytical stack: advanced spreadsheet modelling and SQL to query large data sets independently.
• Ability to specify tooling improvements and drive automation with engineering/BI teams.
• Working knowledge of BI and visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar).
• Proven ability to enforce standards and deadlines across multiple markets while communicating insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
