Senior Sales Assistant – Premium Retail (Prague)

About the role

CYBEX is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to deliver a premium brand experience in its Prague store. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring high customer satisfaction while supporting store performance and community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional after‑sales service, handling returns and exchanges while protecting cash and profit.
• Maintain a premium, easy‑to‑shop environment and ensure compliance with store policies and security standards.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members to meet and exceed store goals.
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management.
• Support store management with stock and cash management and help implement community‑building actions.

Required profile

• Relevant education in sales, retail or a commercial field (apprenticeship or equivalent).
• Proven sales experience in luxury, premium retail or the juvenile industry.
• Experience delivering training or coaching to store teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English.
• Passion for design, fashion and premium brands, with a customer‑focused, hands‑on attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
