Senior Sales Representative

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused Senior Sales Representative to drive commercial growth of its robotic‑assisted surgery portfolio in the Czech Republic. Based in Prague, you will work closely with surgeons, clinical teams and hospital stakeholders to support adoption and utilization of innovative surgical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Medtronic’s robotic surgery portfolio within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating‑room teams, hospital management and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities, assess customer needs and deliver solutions that create clinical and economic value.
• Support customers throughout the journey—from product demonstrations to implementation and adoption.
• Organise and deliver product presentations, clinical workshops and educational events.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical and marketing teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or related field.
• Proven experience in medical device, capital equipment or healthcare technology sales.
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
• Highly accountable, self‑motivated, proactive with strong planning and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and fluency in English and the local language.
