Senior Solution Architect

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and deliver complex enterprise solutions for its Czech customers. The role involves shaping overall architecture, acting as a trusted advisor, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design target architecture across logical, application, and integration layers and define integration principles.
• Collaborate with customers to discuss architectural options, explain trade‑offs, and facilitate workshops.
• Work with delivery teams to validate decisions and ensure solution consistency.
• Coordinate with other architects (infrastructure, security, data) on cross‑domain solutions.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in solution or application architecture, designing complex information systems.
• Strong communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders, and ability to work in a customer‑facing role.
• Residence in the Czech Republic, fluent Czech or Slovak (C2) and English (B2‑C1), and eligibility to work in the EU without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Integration architecture, application architecture, cloud or modern architectures.
• APIs and integration technologies (REST, messaging such as AMQP, Kafka).
• Design of distributed systems.
