Senior Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Rohlik is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to own complex category portfolios and drive improvements across multiple markets at group level. You will be responsible for ensuring product availability, reducing waste, and enhancing supplier performance while supporting the company’s expansion across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance metrics across markets, including availability, forecast accuracy, freshness and waste reduction.
• Manage demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering for high‑volume categories.
• Lead supplier performance, compliance to SLA metrics (OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy, lead times) and build improvement plans.
• Drive strategic process improvements that increase automation, data visibility and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Category, Operations, Finance and Tech teams to align standards and mitigate cross‑market risks.
• Lead end‑to‑end improvement projects from problem identification to implementation and measurement.
• Support junior team members and promote best practices in analytical thinking and supplier management.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, replenishment or inventory management, preferably in FMCG, retail or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of improving product availability, reducing waste and increasing supplier reliability.
• Experience working across multiple countries or markets.
• Hands‑on ownership mindset with the ability to drive actions based on KPI performance.

Required skills

• Experience with EDI processes and electronic data exchange.
• Familiarity with forecasting, replenishment automation and supplier collaboration tools.
