Senior Talent Supply Chain Consultant (Remote, EMEA)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Talent Supply Chain Consultant to join its international Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. The role is remote within the EMEA region and focuses on end‑to‑end onboarding of contract employees, acting as the bridge between customers and approved suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to candidate start.
• Screen CVs to ensure only high‑quality resumes are presented to the customer.
• Interact daily with customers and suppliers to resolve program‑related issues.
• Proactively identify challenges and deliver timely solutions.
• Oversee supplier management, including onboarding, scorecards, performance monitoring and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in MSP/vendor management and recruitment.
• Proven experience with VMS/Fieldglass platforms and the Helix IM tool.
• Strong customer service, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of IR35 and AWR regulations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
