Service Technician Coordinator / Project Manager

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY CZECH REPUBLIC S.R.O. is looking for a service technician coordinator / project manager in Prague to join a four-person team of coordinators and project managers. As the service department grows, you will take responsibility for managing part of the service orders and act as a key partner for customers and internal teams, handling projects from a technical and financial point of view.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, including planning, monitoring and control of all activities
• Monitor and control the financial aspects of projects, including invoicing, costs, expenses and cash flow
• Identify, quantify and manage risks and make sure opportunities are seized
• Be the main contact for customers and internal and external suppliers, solving problems and building strong relationships
• Arrange services, materials and equipment from suppliers, including negotiations and handling complaints

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in electrical engineering or another technical field, or in management
• Ideal experience managing service or service projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Active knowledge of English
