About the role

The Service Technician SVO ensures customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality lift service and maintaining safe equipment operation. The role involves proactive on‑site communication, accurate reporting, and managing the service environment at customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide precise on‑site communication (ETA, job performed) and real‑time back reporting to ensure e‑Optimum accuracy.
• Maintain equipment safety and performance, manage site environment, and identify and act on risks.
• Execute service visits—including planned maintenance, callouts, and repairs—within schedule and quality standards.
• Manage proximity stock, request spares, and keep tools, van, and instruments in good condition.
• Raise sales leads, submit timesheets, and keep the supervisor regularly updated.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients and end‑users.
• Proactive attitude for risk identification, escalation, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Willingness to attend training on lift technology and potentially coach nominated colleagues.
