Shipping Expert

About the role

We are expanding our Excellence Hub team in Pilsen and are looking for a Shipping Expert to manage and coordinate shipments, documentation, and transport operations for an international company.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders according to company requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with external freight forwarders and support daily transport operations.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and export documentation, ensuring compliance with export control and foreign trade regulations.
• Monitor deliveries, transport status, and truck scheduling, handling any exceptions.
• Process warehouse picking/removal orders and manage related exceptions.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Secondary or university education in logistics, business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or transport coordination within an international company.
• Knowledge of logistics processes in procurement and sales, and basic understanding of international contract law.
• Good written and spoken German; basic English.
• Willingness to travel to Germany (Burghausen) as needed.
• Proactive, reliable, detail‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary with a yearly bonus up to 15%.
