Shop Employee – Customer Service & Sales at FlixBus

About the role

Join the FlixBus shop at Florenc bus station in Prague as a Shop Employee. You will support daily shop operations, deliver high‑quality service to passengers, and ensure smooth shift flow. The role is full‑time, permanent and works on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Process ticket reservations, cancellations and changes accurately using sales and reservation systems.
• Provide high‑quality service to passengers, assist with check‑in and give clear travel information.
• Handle cash and card payments reliably and perform daily reconciliation.
• Monitor bus departures and arrivals, communicating any delays or changes to passengers.
• Support day‑to‑day station operations in coordination with colleagues and station teams.
• Resolve passenger questions and issues calmly during busy periods.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Reliable, energetic and a strong team player who contributes to a positive shift atmosphere.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently when needed.
• Strong communication skills with very good command of Czech and English; knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian or Polish is a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, with alternating short and long week schedules.
