Site Supervisor – Racking Systems Installation

About the role

stow is a leading supplier of storage solutions, developing, manufacturing and installing racking systems for palletised or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures. The Site Supervisor ensures the efficient execution of on-site projects according to stow Group's QSHE standards and project management methodology. The position is based in Modletice and requires full-time presence on site.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact on site for the assembly team, transport arrivals, site QHSE, the client and the Project Manager, and organise the site for safe and efficient assembly.
• Optimise on-site planning of the assembly team, equipment and material arrival, and handle complaints and issues raised on site.
• Take part in site and weekly meetings, monitor progress and quality, identify deviations and supervise subcontractors and the safe execution of work in line with QSHE regulations.
• Check assembly methods, quality of delivered materials and equipment certificates, and control site organisation.
• Review assembly drawings for execution and safety, give feedback to the Project Manager, and solve on-site problems to keep work progressing.
• Carry out measurements in compliance with EN and FEM norms, register subcontractor personnel and equipment, and follow up on extra works and hours.
• Organise toolbox talks, consult SAP to track deliveries and extract material lists, and report on extra works.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Fluent English.
• Open to travelling 100% every week, Monday to Friday.
