SOC Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SOC Analyst to join our security operations team. You will work with a diverse set of clients across the Czech Republic and the wider EMEA region, using cutting‑edge SIEM and EDR platforms to detect, investigate and remediate security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse threats in client environments using SIEM and EDR tools.
• Perform log analysis, triage alerts and conduct investigations to reach evidence‑based conclusions.
• Document findings, create incident reports and support remediation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by updating guidelines, procedures and service documentation.
• Participate in cross‑disciplinary projects for major enterprise clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in security operations.
• Consistent, reliable and professional attitude, able to work in international and diverse teams.
• Previous experience in a SOC, CERT, CSIRT or equivalent environment is highly desired.
• Hands‑on knowledge of system and log analysis or network and OS (Windows, Linux) administration.

Required skills

• Experience with SIEM and EDR platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Tanium, QRadar or FireEye.
• Strong log‑analysis capabilities and familiarity with Windows and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of security/network analysis, incident response, cyber‑threat intelligence, vulnerability management and digital forensics.
• Czech language proficiency is an advantage.
