Social Media & Content Professional

About the role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & Content Professional to support our global Communications Team and help drive WACKER’s worldwide digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of social media strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook worldwide.
• Create, edit and publish engaging content in collaboration with the Corporate Communications Team and external agencies.
• Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support social media campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling and paid promotions.
• Monitor and engage with online communities to strengthen audience relationships.
• Drive content management for email marketing in Salesforce Pardot.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform developments and emerging AI‑driven tools.

Required profile

• A college degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in social media management, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Strong communication skills, high initiative, creativity and a keen sense of visual design.
• Analytical thinking, KPI expertise and experience in reporting.
• Willingness to experiment with AI, prompting and machine learning.
• Excellent English language skills and a strong team spirit for international work.
