Software Technical Support – Digital Forensics

About the role

Join Compelson’s Technical Support team to work on cutting‑edge digital forensics software used by law‑enforcement agencies worldwide. You will test mobile devices, handle user queries and collaborate with developers to continuously improve the product.

Key responsibilities

• Test the software on a wide range of mobile devices.
• Handle technical requests and troubleshoot issues from users.
• Collaborate with developers to refine existing features.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new functionalities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Work with the latest software and hardware tools.
• Potential to grow into a Technical Support Team Leader role.

Required profile

• Good written and spoken English.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and experience with driver installation.
• Strong interest in mobile technologies and solving technical challenges.
• Experience with software testing, mobile technologies, rooting or jailbreaking is a plus.
