Specialist Fan Engagement (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Specialist Fan Engagement you will be the primary point of contact for CYBEX consumers, handling product and order inquiries across all communication channels. You will ensure a seamless, first‑class experience while supporting internal teams and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist consumers with product and order questions via phone, email, social media and chat.
• Train and support assistant‑level personnel to maintain high service quality.
• Identify and correct errors in CYBEX content or processes.
• Oversee escalated inquiries and act as an expert for complex cases.
• Collaborate with internal departments and international distributors to improve FAQs, best practices and content.

Required profile

• Completed a Commercial Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Native‑level fluency in Italian, French or German and excellent English communication skills.
• Experience supporting leadership with process optimisation.
• Proactive, service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
