Job description

About the role

Join a friendly team at UPS in Prague and support customers with their shipments. You will work primarily on a computer, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery experiences.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers with delivery and processing of parcels.
Operate UPS internal systems to manage shipment data.
Communicate with customs, invoicing departments, and couriers.
Process orders and handle requests related to shipments.

Required profile

Minimum high‑school education.
Patience, empathy and strong customer orientation.
English language proficiency at B2 level.
Excellent verbal communication skills.

Required skills

Computer literacy and ability to learn internal logistics software.
Proficiency in English (B2).
