Specialized Sales Representative - HPC

About the role

Bull is looking for a Specialized Sales Representative – High Performance Computing (HPC) based in Eastern or Central Europe (preferably Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Croatia). The role supports customers in data‑driven decision‑making by offering Bull’s portfolio of HPC solutions to enterprises implementing AI, ML, big‑data analytics, and cloud computing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HPC, AI and Quantum computing market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Create and present compelling technical solutions and proposals.
• Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design custom HPC solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological developments.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HPC or AI training systems.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business accounts.
• Strong understanding of HPC technologies, architectures, and applications.
• Experience selling to research institutions, universities, and commercial enterprises.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills in English.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a scientific field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel within the defined region.

Required skills

• Knowledge of parallel computing, storage solutions, and networking.
• Understanding of scientific and engineering applications.
• Understanding of AI methods and machine learning.
