Staff Analog Engineer

About the role

The Staff Analog Engineer will join Renesas' Sensors Division in Prague, focusing on the design of high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal integrated circuits for automotive and industrial applications. You will lead key circuit blocks, collaborate across multiple engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery of products to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop analog and mixed‑signal ICs, including system architecture and circuit optimization.
• Model, simulate, and verify mixed‑signal systems using state‑of‑the‑art EDA tools.
• Provide technical leadership as lead designer for critical circuit blocks.
• Collaborate with system architects, digital, layout, product, and test engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct design reviews, ensure compliance with specifications, and support final product qualification.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in analog and mixed‑signal IC design.
• University degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven track record of taking complex analog designs from concept to production.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
