Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist you will manage end‑to‑end supply chain activities for customers across the EMEA region, acting as the central link between the Semiconductor Customer Centre, distribution centres, planning teams and product companies. You will ensure high service levels, optimise inventory at satellite plants and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage supply chain operations to meet delivery commitments and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with sales, service, distribution, planning and controlling teams to maintain smooth material flow.
• Monitor delivery performance, identify risks and implement actions to improve on‑time delivery.
• Support inventory optimisation through data analysis and collaboration with on‑site and planning teams.
• Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance supply chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer care or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• University degree in commerce, engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong business acumen, financial understanding and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages such as Czech are a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP ERP and CRM systems.
