Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager will lead the regional rollout of LKQ’s target operating model, aligning with the pan‑European SCOPE implementation and the broader Supply Chain Planning strategy. This role works across multiple countries to ensure seamless integration of processes, systems, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the regional SCOPE implementation plan in line with overall E2E program timelines.
• Synchronise SCOPE and Oracle EBS rollout schedules, manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Partner with the Business Process Owner to conduct gap analyses, define processes and drive change impact assessments.
• Track milestones, report status, and ensure alignment with related programs such as S&OP and EDI.
• Initiate and champion process improvements to close gaps between regional and target operating models.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources, facilitate alignment meetings and support budgeting and workload assessments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, economics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing supply‑chain projects in multi‑country, cross‑functional environments.
• Proven experience with supply‑chain planning, ERP implementations and analytics.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity for working with dispersed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 % of the time.

Required skills

• Oracle EBS (ERP) implementation experience.
• SAP ERP knowledge (preferable).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
